Essay

The object of the study is acne. The aim is to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of patients with acne by developing the method of complex pathogenetic therapy based on the study of indicators of neuroimmune mechanisms of homeokinesis. Methods: general clinical, laboratory, psychological, microbiological, immunological, statistical. The dissertation is devoted to the problem of increasing the treatment effectiveness of patients with acne by improving complex pathogenetic therapy on the basis of studying the indices of neuroimmune mechanisms of homeokinesis. In patients with acne disease, significant changes in the parameters of the quantitative and specific composition of the microbiota of the skin and large intestine, increase in the level of serum alpha-defensin, substance P, decrease in levels of beta-endorphin and leu-enkephalin, increase in the content of cytokine and cytolycin, tumor necrosis – alpha, transforming growth factor – beta, mixed vector changes in interferon-gamma content (depending on the severity of dermatosis). Pathogenetically grounded advanced method of complex treatment of acne patients with sequential appointment of a synthetic analog of leu-enkephalin (Dalargin) and phytoantimicrobial agent (Sangviriritrin), which provides recovery to physiologically increase the effectiveness of treatment, reduces the frequency and severity of relapses, prevents the development of more severe forms of dermatosis was developed and implemented. The main thesises of the dissertation are introduced into the practice of work: MI “Zaporizhzhia Regional Skin and Venereological Clinical Dispensary”, Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Skin and Venereological Dispensary of Vinnitsa Regional Council, Poltava Regional Clinical Skin and Venereological Dispensary, Kherson Regional Clinical Skin and Venereological Dispensary, Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Skin and Venereological Dispensary of Mykolaiv Regional Council, MI "Regional Skin and Venereological Dispensary" of Dnipro city, MNE "Odessa Regional Skin and Venereological Dispensary” of Odessa Regional Council, as well as in the educational process in the departments of: skin and venereal diseases of the SI “Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine” and Vinnitsa National Medical University named after M.I. Pyrogov, dermatovenereology and cosmetology with the course of dermatovenereology and aesthetic medicine at the faculty of postgraduate education of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University.
