Essay

In the dissertation is given the theoretical generalization and proposed a new solution to the relevant scientific and medical problem, which consists in clarifying the somato-neurological concept of cognitive disorders and optimization approaches to their early diagnosis and prevention in patients with cardiac arrhythmias and conduction disorders based on the study of pathogenetic mechanisms and prognostic factors progression of cognitive dysfunction. It has been established that the basis of cognitive disorders that occur with arrhythmias is a decrease in cerebral perfusion due to dysregulation of central and cerebral hemodynamics in combination with activation of systemic inflammation and genetic defects. It has been proven that successful pharmacological cardioversion, continuous pacing and hypolipidemic therapy are accompanied by positive changes in the correction of cognitive disorders, reducing the activity of immune inflammation factors and positively affecting cardiac and cerebro-hemodynamic parameters. The developed mathematical model of individual prediction of the development of cognitive disorders, allows the identification of patients who are at risk of developing cognitive disorders.
