Object: the process of building a corporate culture strategy and the effectiveness of its implementation in machine building enterprises. Purpose: development of conceptual, theoretical, methodological and applied principles of corporate culture formation strategy and efficiency from its realization at the machine building enterprises. Methods of research: method of theoretical generalization, methods of investigation of operations and theory of decision making, methods of average and relative values, balance method, method of percent numbers, elementary methods of processing indicators in dynamics, index method, trend analysis, morphological analysis, graphic method. The following innovations have been proposed: a methodological approach to evaluation of the effectiveness of corporate culture of the enterprise has been developed, which takes into account the indicators of educational level, qualifications, job satisfaction; a mechanism of the relationship between corporate culture types and performance indicators at machine-building enterprises has been developed, which is based on core values, democracy, cooperation, trust, honesty of employees; a model of corporate culture in the context of corporate initiatives has been developed taking into account the strategy of financial and economic activity, development, entering new markets, effective information strategy; an algorithm for developing and applying a corporate culture management behavior model has been developed that takes into account five stages of step-by-step implementation; methodological approaches to forecasting corporate culture on the basis of evaluation of its effectiveness by models of foreign scientists, on the basis of formalized and informal methods, taking into account the expert rating of corporate culture have been developed; The following issues have been improved: world tree of knowledge of scientific thought about corporate culture; principles of formation, development and change of corporate culture that take into account systematic, harmonious, aware, resource provision; the mechanism of external adaptation and survival of mechanical engineering enterprises, which provides for defining the mission, purpose, objectives of the enterprise; a methodical approach to the choice of corporate culture strategy and tactics, which takes into account the interrelation of operational work with tactical tasks; an innovative model of the interconnection of objects and subjects of engineering technologies, which provides for the consideration of digitization; The following aspects have been further developed: the definition of the concept of "corporate culture"; stages of corporate strategy development that takes into account the specificity, activity of the enterprise and provides for the formation of functional strategies; a model of development of machine-building enterprises in the globalization market taking into account the digitization of all processes, introduction of best practices, methods and processes of production; comparison of mechanisms of introduction and support of the corporate culture at the machine-building enterprises, which take into account primary and secondary mechanisms of formation, introduction, fixing; a synergistic mechanism for the formation and development of corporate culture, aimed at establishing and enhancing the interconnection and interaction of elements of the socio-economic system of structural units of the enterprise; a business strategy formation mechanism that provides enterprises with a sustainable competitive environment in the market and encourages the combined efforts of all business units in the enterprise.
