Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of conceptual provisions of the legal forms of executing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine. The paper analyzes the studies on the legal forms of executing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine provided in foreign and Ukrainian legal literature. It states that a comprehensive theory of the legal forms of executing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine has not yet been developed. The question of the legal forms of executing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine as a whole ensuring the accomplishment of the objectives of the state of Ukraine by legal means also remains insufficiently studied. In order to properly analyze the legal forms of executing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine a cognitive model for studying the legal forms of executing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine as a whole is developed. The study defines the main features of a legal form of executing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine. On the basis of it, the definition of a legal form of executing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine is formulated as a means of their execution by legally authorized entities (the state authorities, enterprises, and institutions). According to the significance of legal activity and its specific features, the law-making, law-interpreting, and law-enforcing forms of executing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine are defined, which ensure the integrity of the process of executing the functions of the modern state of Ukraine.
