Didenko L. Civil procedural legal relations as a institute of civil procedural law of Ukraine: conceptual provisions

It is established that in accordance with a complex group of scientific concepts of the Institute of Civil Procedural Relations, civil procedural relations are dynamic multi-stage social relations that emerge on the basis of the rules of civil procedural law, which have imperative and dispositive character, are individually individualized a distinct subject - the court and other participants in the civil process, characterized by the presence of legal rights and obligations, ensuring the correct and vigorous consideration and resolution of civil cases, as well as enforcement of court decisions to ensure the protection of violated, unrecognized or disputed rights, freedoms or interests of individuals, rights and interests of legal entities, interests of the state, etc.
