Shulika A. Political precarity in the modern political process (theoretical and methodological analysis).

Object of the study - peculiarities of precarity development in the modern socio-political sphere. The purpose of the dissertation is to reveal the theoretical and methodological foundations of the influence of political precarity on the political process in the modern world. Methods - networking, system and prognostic approaches, structural and functional analysis, comparative, postbihevioral, sociological, economic, psychological approaches; retrospective method, synergetic approach. A comprehensive study of the political-praxeological dimension of political precarity has been carried out. Scientific understanding of precarity has been amplified, as well as political features of precarity processes in the modern world have been spotlighted, which determine the theoretical and methodological justification of the political precarity concept. Understanding of the heuristic potential of political precarity and its influence on the processes of sociopolitical stratification of society has been enhanced. The peculiarities of intelligibility and aggregation of precarious groups' political interests and values have been determined. It has been proved that the effectiveness of how the modern political sphere of society functions depends on the economic and social-labor sphere, where the issues of temporary precarious employment create new conceptual forms of political identity. Proposals regarding development and implementation of strategic and tactical steps in the process of reducing negative impacts of developmental processes of political precarity on the current political process as well as the system of group interest alignment and establishing the system of interaction of precarity groups with political decision-making institutes in the society with the help of political and state system of interest alignment have been formulated.
