The thesis summarizes the regular patterns and defines the components of the process of the enterprise organizational structure transformations. The feasibility of forming a comprehensive subject-object approach has been proved. Such an approach should take into account the diversity of the enterprise structure transformation process. The paradigm basis of sustainable organizational development of the enterprise has been formed. Taking the nonlinear paradigm into account made it possible to identify global and local sustainability. In addition, this made it possible to consider sustainability via the context of enterprise activity support by competence and resources. The theoretical and methodological principles for the sustainability maintaining of the enterprise organizational development processes have been given. The concept provisions of the organizational development sustainability support of the enterprise economic and production system have been developed. The theoretical provisions for the management mechanism hierarchy formation for the decentralized industrial production systems sustainable development have been proposed. The theoretical and methodological substantiation of structuring the enterprise organizational development mechanism has been given. The components of the enterprise organizational development mechanism have been defined. These components are a subsystem of development management mechanism, a subsystem of structure and organization of management processes, subsystems of ensuring functioning. The assessment of economic prerequisites for machine-building enterprises' structural changes has been carried out. The level of environment influence on the enterprises' development processes has been investigated. In addition, it has been established that the issues of structural change and organizational transformation for the domestic enterprises associated with the accumulation of negative trends at the macroeconomic level. The thesis also said that such negative trends made the enterprise adaptation process to the market environment changes more complicated. The procedure for strategic map forming for the enterprise balanced organizational development has been offered. The technology of dynamic modelling of industrial enterprise sustainable organizational development has been proposed. The methodological approach to the production cooperation networks participants’ interaction modelling has been developed. This approach also provides an opportunity to ensure the joint implementation of enterprise development projects. The methodical approach to the structural transformation effectiveness assessment within the intra-economic relations of the enterprise divisions has been suggested. The system of enterprise owner goals has been reasonably used as a basis for establishing the criteria for organizational change effectiveness evaluation. The methodical provisions that concerning the level of enterprise owners’ additional income determination from the structural changes implementation have been developed. For the system of enterprise’ structural changes planning and organizing have been offered the provisions for substantiation of the method of its construction and functional filling. The necessity of the selective approach using for the structural change planning organizing has been established. This approach provides the presence of the operational, project, and autonomous types of the change planning system. It has been shown that ensuring the effectiveness of organizational change is linked to the need for risk-taking and connected with the actions that prevent conflicts and overcome resistance to change. In addition, it has been shown that the negative reflexive nature of the enterprise's perceptions of radical transformations could be the reason for such change resistance. The methodological support for assessing the structural changes radicalism during the industrial enterprise organizational development project implementation has been developed. The recommendations for purposeful uses of counteraction tools for organizational change resistance, which intercepted with the offered scale of structural transformations projects radicalism estimation has been established.
