The dissertation is the first comprehensive study of the formation, functioning and development of international legal and national mechanisms for the protection of human rights by bodies of constitutional jurisdiction, including the ontology of human rights in bodies of constitutional jurisdiction, the evolution of constitutional process of the defence of human rights, the constitutional frameworks interaction in the field of human rights protection, stages and special aspects of the development of a national human rights protection system in constitutional jurisdiction and the prospects of globalization in justice by the bodies of constitutional jurisdiction at the national and international levels
