Tkachyshyna N. Prevention and correction of structural and functional changes in organs and systems of workers of locomotive brigades with different work experience.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the current problem of preventive medicine - early detection and prevention of structural and functional changes in organs and systems in locomotive brigade workers. The influence of a complex of harmful factors on the body of locomotive brigade workers is studied in the work with the participation of such factors as vibration, noise, long-time focused observation, excessive neuro-emotional and intellectual load, variable labor, which according to the degree of harm belong to class 3.2, and the microclimate, including infrared radiation, which are related to class 3.1. It is shown that in the background of autonomic dysfunction in this category of workers there is a risk of development of arterial hypertension, metabolic syndrome, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and also the formation of comorbid pathology with the participation of the identified pathological processes. Proposed and recommended preventive measures, dispensary on probation subgroups with a "step" in 10 years and a scheme of correction of autonomic dysfunction in workers of locomotive brigades. Worked out a scientifically reasonable algorithm serves as basis of input of prophylactic measures in a transport industry and can be used in those industries of industry, where the presence of similar harmful productive factors, that will assist the increase of efficiency of economic activity in corresponding industries, takes place.
