The aim of this work was to improve the results of treatment and to reduce the percentage of complications of anesthesiology and artificial circulation in elderly and senile patients in aortic coronary artery bypass surgery by optimizing perioperative management of patients. As a result of the studies, the methods of anesthetic management and myocardioprotection in elderly and senile patients were improved, which differ from previous studies in the pathogenetic approach using various anesthesia regimens. It is systematized and formatted as practical recommendations for the method of local myocardioprotection during coronary artery bypass grafting with cardiopulmonary bypass. Based on the obtained results, a pathogenetically substantiated complex of therapeutic and prophylactic effects has been developed to reduce acute renal dysfunction resulting from CABG operations.
