The theoretical and methodological, methodological and applied principles are grounded in the dissertation, as well as practical recommendations for solving the important scientific problem of management of marketing and logistic activity of the subjects of agrarian business on the basis of construction, functioning and development in their management of the respective systems. The genesis of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of marketing and marketing management has been studied. The architecture and architectonics of management systems of marketing and logistic activity of agricultural business entities are substantiated. The typology of management systems of marketing and logistic activity of agrarian business entities is defined. A system of criteria for generating and implementing strategies for the development of marketing and logistics activities has been identified. The factors of efficiency of realization of marketing and logistic activity of the subjects of agrarian business are outlined. Methodological bases of estimation of efficiency of realization of strategies of development and functioning of management systems of marketing and logistic activity are defined. The functional load of the elements of the marketing and logistics management system has been identified. Approaches to the organization of management of marketing and logistic activity of agribusiness entities are outlined. The structural features of marketing and logistics management systems have been determined. Approaches to the estimation of potential of development of marketing and logistic activity of subjects of agrarian business are identified. Strategic alternatives to the development of marketing and logistics activities of agricultural business entities are identified.
