Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the scientific and technical problem of solving the actual scientific problem of developing scientific bases for the prevention of environmental pollution due to internal and external corrosion of steel oil pipelines. As a result of complex theoretical and experimental research in the dissertation, new scientific provisions, conclusions and recommendations are proposed and substantiated to prevent the increase of risks of environmental pollution by petroleum products, products of their combustion or explosion, due to internal and external corrosion processes of steel oil pipelines, through the application of environmentally and economically acceptable corrosion inhibitors and sediment inhibitors, as well as a proposed method for estimating the residual life of their operation. Recommendations and suggestions for preventive measures to prevent environmental pollution due to corrosion of steel oil pipelines, through the application of environmentally and economically acceptable corrosion inhibitors and sediment, as well as a proposed method for estimating the residual life of their operation. Keywords: environmental safety, environmental protection, steel pipeline, electrochemical corrosion, cracks in insulation, residual life, sediment inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor
