Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to solving of the problem of training future border guards for physical education of personnel. The concept containing methodological, theoretical, methodical and technological concepts has been substantiated. The structure of the readiness of future officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine to physical education of personnel is formed by procedural, cognitive, motivational-value, personal, and reflexive components. Diagnosis of each component is made possible by certain criteria, indicators and levels of formation. The designed structural and functional model of training of future officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for physical education of personnel during realization of certain forms of physical activity in a higher military educational institution takes into account the concept content, diagnostic apparatus, substantiated pedagogical conditions. The model contains conceptual-purpose, functional-technological, educational-methodical, diagnostic-corrective components. The implementation of the designed structural and functional model is ensured by the author’s technology. It contains algorithms that provide complexes of rules with a definite sequence of execution and are consistent with the preparatory, organizational, educational activities of the teacher of physical education, as well as the activities of developmental content and control over the results of future border guards. Checking of the effectiveness of the technology developed during the physical activity of future officers in a higher military institution confirmed the working hypothesis about the correctness of the proposed concept and the effectiveness of the technology. The empirical data obtained showed a more pronounced positive effect of the developed technology than technologies with the traditional approach to organization, formation of the content of physical activity and ways of its realization. The conducted research has improved the essence of the concept of «readiness of the future officer of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for physical education of personnel». The structure and content of such readiness have also been improved, as well as the components, criteria, indicators and levels. According to the results of the study, educational and methodological support for the training of future officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for the physical education of personnel was developed, as well as methodological recommendations for scientific and pedagogical employees of a higher military educational institution.
