Minochkina O. Transformation of the property institute as a basis for reforming the socio-economic system

The thesis focuses on working out theoretical and methodological foundations of the development and transformation of the property institute as the basis of the general processes of reforming socio-economic system. Methodological approaches to the research of the property problem and connection of reforming and development of the property system with the common processes of socio-economic transformation are substantiated. The concept of the property system management as a jointly shared resource system (PS-JSRS) has been developed, the system is the institutional basis which determines functioning of modern economic systems at all levels. The PS-JSRS institutional mechanisms ensure the freedom of the entities to implement their own interests, as well as the necessary restrictions for the benefit of everybody. Institutional bases of formation of the uniform mechanism of the capital functioning are substantiated, instrumental mechanisms of formation of social capital are investigated, the ways of developing innovative production are determined. The PS-JSRS is an inter-scientific model for predicting the future in the short, medium and long-term development of individual societies and addressing the problem of changing the globalization model.
