The dissertation based the theoretical and methodological principles of teaching physics on the basis of STEM-education technologies in technical free economic zones, developed a method of teaching physics on the basis of STEM-technologies, which meets the latest educational requirements. The model of educational-scientific STEM-environment is created, its place, basic elements, structure and basic properties are defined. The concept of STEM-education of technical free economic education on ensuring the integration of teaching physics and professionally oriented disciplines has been developed. STEM-competencies are defined, which are a component of formation of professional competence of a specialist and a means of realization of technical and engineering education. Developed and tested the work of the physical workshop with the use of STEM-technologies, which contribute to the effective conduct of classes in technical free economic zones. The use of fundamental ideas of physics taking into account STEM-technologies is demonstrated. The relationship between symmetry and conservation laws is clarified; the method of integration approach of physics and professionally oriented disciplines on the example of studying of dynamics of movement of the plane by students of technical universities is presented. The concept of symmetry in the process of lifting force and drag of the aircraft, studied by students of technical universities, and the transdisciplinary approach in studying the symmetry of design schemes and loads with the separation of the main components of STEM-education are considered. The efficiency of the developed method of teaching physics on the basis of STEM-education technologies in technical free economic zones is introduced and experimentally checked.
