The dissertation gives the complex decision of a scientific problem of formation of methodological, conceptual and applied aspects of realization of strategic changes at enterprises. The content of the "strategic changes" concept has been clarified and their classification has been supplemented. The conceptual approach to the substantiation of multifaceted resistance to changes has been improved, the place of corporate culture in management of strategic changes at enterprises has been defined. The configuration of management of strategic changes at enterprises has been offered and the concept concerning the essential maintenance of the investigated category has been specified. The mechanism for ensuring the double-loop management of strategic changes at enterprises has been improved. The methodological platform of research of a condition of strategic changes management at enterprises has been formed. Theoretical and methodological bases of research of external drivers of strategic changes management have been developed. The scientific and methodological approach to assessing the potential of strategic changes at enterprises to select their internal drivers has been improved. The current state and development trends of mining enterprises have been studied. The level of opportunities for strategic changes has been determined and the positioning of mining enterprises according to the calculated coefficient of opportunities has been carried out. The block algorithm of formation of the maintenance system of strategic changes management at enterprises has been substantiated. The methodological approach to establishing the types of resistance creation to changes in fiduciary and non-fiduciary corporate culture has been improved. A system of measures for the formation of a fiduciary corporate culture to overcome the resistance to strategic change at enterprises has been developed. The logic of realization of the strategic changes management at the enterprises on determination of drivers of changes has been defined. The conceptual basis of formation and realization of strategy of changes at the enterprises has been substantiated. The cognitive model of realization of strategic changes in activity of the enterprises has been constructed.
