As a result of dissertation researches the important scientific and applied problem concerning development of methodological bases of construction and use of functionally stable generalized information system of the enterprise which should function independently in the conditions of influence of external and internal destabilizing factors is solved. For the first time, the method of formation and technological process parameters management in industrial enterprise for the maintenance of functional stability property for this process is developed. This method differs from the existing ones in that it uses the principle of variance control and takes into account the necessary and sufficient conditions proposed by the author that the reference requirements will be implemented in the production process. This method ensures the accuracy of process control. The methods of control and adaptive self-diagnosis have been improved, on the basis of which the functional stability of the enterprise information system is ensured. These methods differ from existing methods of performing basic inspections and the ability to complete the procedure for assessing the technical condition of the information system of the enterprise at any time. The proposed methods of control and adaptive self-diagnosis are used during the operation of the information system of the enterprise by purpose under the influence of external and internal destabilizing factors. Thanks to the developed methods it is possible to reach necessary reliability of diagnosis. This is ensured by tracking the current structure of the test links by each module of the system, as each structure is characterized by a certain value of the reliability of the diagnosis.
