Essay

In the dissertation, the essence and content of the definition “construction biosphere compatibility” in the context of sustainable development are investigated. Under the conditions of environmental restrictions and a certain exhaustibility of natural resources of the construction industry dominant stratagem, its adaptation to the principles of a circular economy on the platform of an ecological and economic development mechanism has been determined. Clarification of the conceptual-categorical apparatus on the topic of research has been made. A diagnostic tool has been developed for environmental and economic monitoring of biosphere-compatible construction projects using quantitative forecasting methods to form a set of indicators for assessing the environmental safety level of construction. Variants of the variable selection of indicators and indicators of the components of the biosphere compatibility indicator for various levels of consideration are considered: micro-, meso- and macro-levels of economic activity. Measures have been proposed to harmonize the environmental and economic characteristics of the final construction product with environmental policy requirements, changes in the characteristics of qualified assets, and, as a result, the creation of a scientific and applied format of elemental standards for estimates, which take into account the principles and mechanisms of cascading use of resources (recycling, processing). On the basis of scientific, methodological and methodical results of the study, a comprehensive software product ƱƬ-Complex© was created, the purpose of which is environmental and economic diagnosis of an effective design solution version taking into account possible environmental risks at the pre-design, design and production stage, successful administration of projects and integrated biosphere-compatible construction programs, as well as the choice of options for biosphere-compatible economic interaction between the functioning subjects in construction industry with the possibility of creating a national environmental certification on the principles of sustainable development.
