Tsurkan O. Vibromechanical intensification of defoliation of seeds of crops in the process of post-harvest treatment

The dissertation is devoted to solving the actual problem of intensifying the processes of defatting seeds of agricultural crops, in particular melons and oilseeds, by developing energy efficient vibration equipment, which implements a complex technological influence on the cultivated environment. Based on the analysis of the regularities of the processes of dehydration of porous materials, properties of grain raw materials, the influence of mechanical vibrations on the process, new directions of the development of methods of integrated dynamic processing of raw materials and their constructive introduction in mechanical vibrational systems are grounded. The conducted theoretical and experimental studies of dynamic models of the developed vibratory machines allowed to obtain analytical and empirical dependences for their main characteristics and to substantiate their rational structural and technological parameters. The results of the conducted researches allowed to receive practical recommendations on intensification of the process of dehydration of high-volumising seeds of melon crops and seeds of oilseeds and to carry out practical testing of the developed machines. Developed experimental-industrial samples of vibro-dryers introduced in the agricultural firm «Izzyya» v. Budy Trostyanets district of Vinnitsa region, Farming «Gzhebinsky O.Yu.» v. Kryzhopil of Vinnitsa region and LLC «Company «Technoprom-Product» in Vinnitsa for pumpkin seeds drying, Institute of Vegetable and Melonics of NAAS of Ukraine v. Selektsiyne of Kharkiv region, agricultural limited liability company «Zhahnivka» of the Tyvriv district of Vinnytsia region for dehydration of melon seeds and vibration dryers, LLC «FС «Zorya Podillya»», с. Haysin, Vinnitsa region.
