Zavgorodniy A. Foreign Economic Priorities of Sustainable Development of Agro-Food Production of the Black Sea Region

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical generalization and substantiation of methodological and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for solving important scientific and practical problem of solving problems and determining priorities of development of foreign economic activity of economic entities of the Black Sea region in the conditions of market transformations. The concept of formation of stimulating mechanism of foreign economic development of agro-food production of the region is proposed, which is based on creation of adapted zones of investment-innovative implementation within the land-use of individual territorial communities of the region with attraction of private investment capital and state programs for financial support of regional production of energy-efficient production of agro-food production. with high value added per base implementation of the basic principles and strategic priorities of smart ("smart") specialization.
