Essay

In the dissertation the theoretical generalization and solution of an important scientific problem of the genesis of emotional intellect in youth is made. The integrated methodological approach is substantiated, psychological structure, psychological factors, mechanisms and regularities of development of emotional intellect of boys and girls are determined; the program of development of behavioral activity and motivational-reflexive components of emotional intellect has been proposed. The psychodiagnostic program for identifying and evaluating components of the emotional intellect of a person and its levels of development includes diagnostics of dynamic features of neuro-psychic activity, the properties of theoretical and practical intellect, communicative, emotional-volitional, motivational properties, aspiration for success and self-actualization, reflexivity of the individual. The content of the program for the development of behavioral-activity and reflexive-motivational components of the emotional intellect of young people consists of a series of educational and informative and diagnostic and training sessions aimed at increasing the level of behavioral activity and motivational-reflexive components. The cycle of educational informative and diagnostic and training sessions consists of two blocks - "Development of the ability to understand and use emotions", "Development of the ability to consciously regulate emotions". The psychological model of the genesis of emotional intellect in youth represents in the interrelationship the psychological structure of emotional intellect, psychological factors, mechanisms and patterns of its development. The system of psychological factors for the development of emotional intellect of the person in the youth is composed of gender and age; psychophysiological, cognitive, personal determinants. The system of psychological mechanisms of the genesis of emotional intellect of the young personality consists of the reflective-generalization, inductive-mobilization and evaluation-transformational mechanisms. Psychological regularities of the genesis of emotional intellect of the personality of adolescence are manifested in: the systemic stress of emotional intellect; structural and functional unity of emotional intellect in the personal and activity dimensions; integration of the mechanisms of actualization and implementation of emotional, intellectual and activity functions in the ontogenetic development of emotional intellect of the personality during the youth.
