Tikhonchuk L. Formation of institutional and economic principles of state regulation of international activity of corporations.

In the dissertation the methodological approaches to the definition of the priorities of public administration in the system of global institutes are researched. Considerable attention is paid to the theoretical bases and new trends in the integration of public administration systems and the modern world system of global institutions. The development of the system of regulation of international activity of corporations in the framework of global institutes is analyzed, in particular, the scope of activity of international corporations and their influence on the state are grounded. The current state and directions of improvement of mechanisms of state regulation of international economic activity of corporations are analyzed. The systematization of the functions of the target institutions for ensuring the international activity of corporations is carried out. The necessity of state support of international economic activity of corporations is determined. It is proved that the possibilities of supporting corporations on the basis of cooperation with international organizations are not fully realized. Such organizations should include the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes(ICSID), a private investment corporation (OPIC), a self-governing US government agency, and the United States Export and Import Bank (EXIM). The potential of state-institutional methods for the regulation of international economic conflicts is revealed, the importance of international corporations in the creation and settlement of economic conflicts is determined, and the clusterization of countries is underway to overcome economic conflicts. There are three groups of countries in the world economy by the nature of economic activity and the form of behavior in the world markets.
