The dissertation is devoted to introduction and substantiation of theoretical bases, methodology and applied tools of strategic innovative development as the newest economic and administrative technology which should provide continuity of strategic movement of the building enterprise (BЕ) in the conditions of dynamic business environment: for realization of necessary adjustment or fundamental updating. in the nature of the operational activity of the BЕ introduced theoretical-methodological approach involves the implementation of intra-firm development project of strategic innovations. The methodological platform of analysis and adjustment of strategies of the construction enterprise on the basis of the symbiotic-compositional approach which structure includes components of a universal basis of strategic, innovative and operational management, functional diagnostics on combination and integration of which the newest format of intrafirm development for development is based is substantiated. strategic trajectory of movement and development of the construction enterprise. The scientific and applied tools of administration of the cycle of strategic innovative renewal of a construction enterprise through the format of a special development project, which is designed to support the processes of change (adjustment or update) of the construction enterprise strategy at a certain coordinate of its movement and development. Based on the results of the study, a set of applications provides direct efforts of top management and the potential of the contractor for the successful implementation of the project of strategic renewal of BЕ, which will provide inevitable qualitative growth of comparative competitiveness of the contractor and protect the company from destruction, crisis and bankruptcy.
