Lunova O. Development of scientific management fundamentals, which ensure the environmental safety for coal-mining enterprises of Donbas central regions

The study contains the principal ideas reflecting the scientific fundamentals, which ensure the environmental safety for coal-mining enterprises of Donbas central regions. They involve factors, which affect the environmental condition and effective management taking into account the specific of the region. The Researcher has developed the methodological basics aiming at effective safety management for coal-mining enterprises of Donetsk regions. Such approach involve a social unrest feature of Donetsk region, which took place within last 5 years. The author has proposed an integrated approach allowing estimating the level of industrial environmental safety for coal-mining facilities. In the study, a new approach of space orthoimagery application proposed. The developed approach helps detecting industrial facilities, which are involved into coal mining. It also allows evaluating how such enterprises affects the Earth surface. Based on it the study gives a set of management decisions ensuring the environmental safety. In the work, the author gives recommendations regarding the environmental safety complex at industrial facilities of Donbas central region. It comprises the following methodologies: space images application, implementation of integral indicator, and corresponding management decisions.
