The doctoral thesis is devoted to research of financial mechanisms for sustainable human development support. The understanding of human development role within financial science is deepen. A comprehensive analysis of financial security as a dominant of sustainable human development is provided. The approaches to assessing the structural and functional characteristics of financial mechanisms for sustainable human development are deepen. The system of financial support of human development is investigated. The analysis of extra-budgetary financing of sustainable human development and social investments as a tool for the evolution of human-responsible business is conducted. An assessment of human development and financial security of social facilities in Ukraine is provided. Methodical recommendations for assessing the effectiveness of financial sources in the process of the welfare state model creation are developed. Peculiarities of human development projects and programs financing at the expense of foreign government funds and foreign non-governmental funds are determined. The role of intergovernmental institutions and alternative forms of financing in the reproduction of human potential is clarified. Conceptual approaches to the development of financial technologies and determining their impact on human development are proposed. The potential of financial support of human development in the era of crowd technologies and financing of the educational component of human development at the expense of the endowment is determined. Conceptual and strategic directions of activation of financial mechanisms sustainable human development maintenance in Ukraine are offered.
