Essay

The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the professional training issue of future masters of primary education to innovative activities. The theoretical and methodological principles of the professional training system of future masters of primary education to innovative activities as a scientific issue at the philosophical, general scientific, specific scientific levels are developed and substantiated in the dissertation. The essential features of the basic concepts of the research are specified. Based on the application of contextual analysis as a research tool, the author's interpretation of the concepts "professional training of future masters of primary education to innovative activities" and "professional readiness of future masters of primary education to innovative activities" as basic research categories was presented. We understand the professional training of future masters of primary education to innovative activities as a system of pedagogical conditions, appropriate educational environment and the availability of educational and methodological support focused on forming the undergraduates' professional readiness to innovative activities. It is proved that the professional readiness of future masters of primary education to innovative activities is a result of professional training, integrative personal education, characterized by a combination of cognitive (knowledge about the content of the profession and innovation), motivational (motives for innovation and interests), reflective (ability to analyze the results of their own innovative activities) and praxeological (actualization of innovation competence) components that allow to perform tasks of an innovative nature. The method of content analysis was used to clarify and systematize the essence of the concept of "innovation". It was found out that innovation is a purposeful process of introducing new ideas into the professional training system, which contributes to its improvement and the achievement of a quality result by the subjects of the educational process. It is argued that the professional training system of future masters of primary education to innovative activity is a set of interconnected structural and functional components (theoretically methodological, contextually procedural and diagnostically effective blocks, innovative educational environment, subjects of educational process, content, forms , teaching methods, etc.), which ensure the professional readiness formation of undergraduates to innovative activity. The domestic and foreign experience of professional training of future teachers is analyzed, so that its constructive ideas are singled out, the introduction of which is expedient in the domestic educational space. Methodological approaches to professional training are substantiated. The system approach allows us to consider the professional training system of future masters of primary education to innovative activity as a set of interrelated components. The synergetic approach provides the professional training implementation of undergraduates as open systems capable of self-organization and development. The activity approach promotes the professional readiness formation of future masters of primary education to innovative activities through innovative forms, methods and teaching aids. Competence approach contributes to the formation of innovative competence.
