The thesis is devoted to the complex harmacognostic study of plant raw material of Daucus carota, Daucus carota ssp. sativus, Canna х hybrida, and Hosta spp. and Parmelia spp. It is also devoted to the creation of theoretical basis and search of ways of practical realization of approaches to standardization of medicinal herbal raw material and cardioprotective drugs developed on their basis as well as working out methods of identification and quantification of compounds of phenolic nature in the dietary supplement Memocor and the plant drug Neocardil.
