Kostenko A. Role of Civil Society Institutions in the Context of European Integration Processes of Ukraine.

The thesis focuses on the determination as well as theoretical and methodological substantiation of the role of civil society institutions (CSI) in the context of European integration processes of Ukraine. The analysis of the role of CSI in the context of European integration processes has been carried out applying the author’s methodology, through the analyses of indicators’ system at the level of planning, action and impact / consequences. The tools of partnership between CSI and state and local government bodies are described, e.g. the Open Government Partnership Initiative, the Reanimation Package of Reforms, the introduction of participatory budgets, and social order at the local level. The assessment of the implementation of 8 areas of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU by the Ukrainian authorities has been conducted, which resulted in the development and implementation of scientific and practical recommendations to state authorities.
