Essay

The dissertation is based on the analysis of the results of examination and surgical treatment of 1173 patients with complicated DFS, in 123 patients (9.8%) the disease was complicated by sepsis. The data were obtained, on the basis of which scientific and theoretical provisions were developed for the formation of a new direction for solving the problems of diagnostics, forecasting, complex treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of patients. To study the effect of macrohemodynamic changes on the state of microcirculation, the parameters of laser Doppler fluorometry (LDF) were assessed in 104 patients with different levels of steno-occlusive lesions of the arteries of the lower extremities. The most characteristic lesion of the main arteries in patients with complicated SDS who developed sepsis was the lesion of the distal link (i.e., tibial arteries and arteries of the foot). Thus, arterial lesions in the form of occlusion of one or two tibial arteries were found in 45 (52.8%), occlusion of the common femoral artery and / or superficial femoral artery - in 10 (9.6%), popliteal artery occlusion - in 4 (3 , 8%) cases.
