Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific problem, substantiation and development of theoretical, methodological and methodic provisions for the management of universities on the basis of corporatization and practical recommendations for their implementation in the context of the formation of the educational services market. The specificity of corporatization of higher education institutions has been substantiated, which takes into account the essence of the stages of development of corporate governance and ontogenesis of forms of structural associations. It is determined that in the field of higher education corporatization is manifested, first of all, due to the transformation of higher educational institutions into effective, independent, market-oriented organizations through the implementation of the principles and methods of corporate governance. The scientific-categorical apparatus of the theory of management of an institution of higher education in the context of corporatization has been clarified through the allocation of standards and principles of corporate governance in the activities of such educational institutions. The term “corporate and entrepreneurial institution of higher education” was proposed before the introduction into scientific circulation as an educational organization, whose activities are based on the principles. It is scientifically substantiated that the concept of university management based on corporatization provides a systemic vision of the unity of methodological provisions on the theoretical basis, approaches, methodology and management tools, taking into account the limitations that determine the expediency of corporatization of higher education institutions and contradictions in the application of the corporate model of university management. The organizational and functional structuring of higher educational institutions has been clarified from the standpoint of corporatization, as the formation of the internal structure of an object, which is characterized by the unity of the implementation of its properties and relations and is carried out in the form of a stable ordered association of structural links in vertical, horizontal and diagonal relationships. The transformational processes in the youth labor market have been investigated and three directions of transformational processes in the youth labor market in Ukraine have been identified, namely: structural transformation, transformation of functional relations and transformation of conditions. It has been proved that the development of the youth labor market is primarily characterized by a persistent imbalance between supply and demand, reflected in the professional and qualification mismatch of the labor force with the needs of the economy. A mechanism for the formation of educational services has been developed, which takes into account the transformation processes in the youth labor market and is aimed at improving methods, tools, levers of influence and improving the quality of educational services. The toolkit for assessing the development of a higher education institution has been improved, the scientific basis of which is the study of macroeconomic aspects of labor potential based on factor and cluster analysis, determines the system of quantitative parameters of the activity of a higher educational institution and the calculation of a taxonomic indicator for assessing the development and level of mobility of the transition of a higher education institution between certain clusters with a high and a low level of development according to the method of Z. Helovich. A methodological approach to forecasting the provision of higher educational institutions with scientific and pedagogical workers has been formed, which contributes to the identification of reserves in the staff in the process of its corporatization in accordance with the peculiarities of regional development. The toolkit for a comprehensive assessment of socio-economic factors of influence on the efficiency of labor activity of scientific and pedagogical workers in the conditions of corporatization of higher education institutions has been clarified, a feature of which is the complex application of questionnaire methods, time studies, expert assessments and the construction of a multifactorial linear model and regression equation. A methodological approach to the formation of a strategic basis for increasing the competitiveness of a corporate and entrepreneurial institution of higher education with the construction of a structural and logical model based on a PEST-analysis of its activities in the educational services market has been developed.
