The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and methodical bases of financial risks management of industrial enterprises and development of practical recommendations concerning their implementation. Theoretical and conceptual aspects of financial risk management are studied, including, the essence of the process of financial risk management is revealed, its features are formulated and approaches to financial risk management are systematized, types of industrial enterprises are determined and the classification of financial risks of industrial enterprises is constructed. Conceptual and scientific provisions of the study of financial risk management of industrial enterprises are revealed, the basic laws and principles of the financial risk management process are systematized and key patterns of financial risk management of industrial enterprises are formulated, and the need to use a process approach in combination with a systematic one in order to systematize methods of financial risks management , peculiarities of their use in the activity of domestic industrial enterprises are generalized.
