Historical conditions, factors and trends in the formation of social capital in the context of its impact on economic development.
Theoretical and methodological substantiation of the impact of social capital on economic development through the disclosure of the institutional nature, factors, patterns, national features of social capital formation, characteristics of its modernization in the formation of information and network economy and development of scientific support framework for the inclusive economic development of Ukraine. The post-non-classical methodology of research, institutional and evolutionary, behaviorist, logical and historical, dialectical approaches, and also comparative, statistical, econometric methods and the method of structural and functional analysis are used. The concept of social capital as an economic institution and a consensus-inclusive model of economic development to ensure steady inclusive economic growth in Ukraine have been developed. The institutional content is conceptualized, the criteria of social capital as an economic resource are defined, the methodology of estimating sub institutions and economic effects of social capital is improved, the consequences of assimilation and underutilization of different types of social capital in the national economy are revealed, regularities and national specifics of development of the social capital institute, including determinants of disclosure of its economic potential and blockers of formation of economically effective institute of social capital in Ukraine are substantiated, evolutionary change of institutional forms and modernization of institute of social capital in the conditions of the information-network economy, the influence of sharing forms of realization of social capital (crowdsourcing and crowdfunding in particular) on transformation of market and state institutions are revealed, recommendations for the development of a consensus-inclusive model of economic development of Ukraine are devised, which provides for the disclosure of the economic potential of the traditional and innovative forms of realization of social capital and partnership of civil society, business, local self-government, public authorities to ensure steady inclusive economic development in Ukraine. The results of the study can be used in public administration, the activities of local governments, business structures, professional and public organizations, and in the educational process.
