Turlenko N. Investment mechanisms of regional structural transformations in the agrosphere

The concept of regional strategic planning of agrosphere development on the basis of program-target approach is substantiated, the peculiarity of which is the use of dynamic matrices to solve the problem of overcoming the differentiation of dynamics and levels of agrosphere development of individual administrative districts and agricultural enterprises. A structural and substantive model of organizational and economic mechanism of intensification of investment activity in the agrosphere of the region has been developed, which is a complex system of interacting and interconnected levers and tools of influence on all participants of investment activity. A mechanism for comprehensive forecasting of socio-economic development of the region's agro-sphere for the medium and short term using a direct algorithm of calculations according to the "bottom-up" scheme, which allows to assess the quality of forecasting, monitor the progress of forecasts, determine benchmarks and ensure short-term and medium-term forecasts, which increases their accuracy and validity
