In the dissertation for the first time the methodical system of competence-oriented teaching of quantum physics in establishments of secondary education of the III degree on the basis of development of critical thinking with use of innovative educational technologies is offered. In the dissertation the theoretical and methodical principles of training of quantum physics in the high school on the basis of the development of critical thinking are proposed for the first time. For the first time, the directions of practical implementation of the methodical system were proposed through the application of modern competence-oriented learning technologies: the development of critical thinking, mobile learning, interactive technologies of cooperative learning, mixed learning. In the framework of this methodical system, a new scheme for the study of quantum physics in the high school, which professes a hypothetical-deductive concept of cognition based on critical rationalism, is proposed. For the first time, the implementation of mixed learning technology has been proposed through the integration of «face-to-face driver» and «rotation» alternatives. Google Classroom is used as LMS (Learning Management System). It has been shown that Classroom uses mobile learning and blended learning as cloud-based technologies. With Classroom, mobile learning is not only a methodological approach to the use of mobile devices and related terms, but a technology that has all the hallmarks of the learning process: goals that reflect the knowledge component, practical skills and abilities, the experience of using acquired knowledge and skills in life situations, value attitudes formed in the educational process and the planned learning outcomes. For the first time at a higher level, the methodical aspects of the use of mobile devices in physics classes were worked out, in particular, in the study of quantum physics in the 11th form. For the first time, the structure of the subject competence on quantum physics has been proposed, which takes into account the personal and social significance of competence for students of the senior school. The conducted pedagogical experiment confirmed the effectiveness of the developed methodical system of teaching quantum physics (quantum optics, atomic structure, atomic nucleus, elementary particles).
