The state of theory and practice of professional experience formation of music-pedagogical activity of the future teachers of music art in the process of professional training in higher education institutions has been investigated in the dissertation.
It has been determined that the foundation of educational activities are general scientific approaches: system, synergetic, culturological, personal, job specification, competence, praxeological, technological, acmeological. In the context of theoretical-methodological research, the carried out analysis made it possible to specify the essence and the structure of professional experience of music-pedagogical activity and led to the scientific definition of the concept as a systemic, integrative unity of cognitive, effective-practical, emotional-value, communicative, organizational-prognostic, creative components of the specialist, which allows to carry out work effectively, provides an effective product of realization of ways and means of solving of the set music-pedagogical problems, which is realized in music-creative activity.
The scientific research made it possible to establish that the formation of professional experience of music-pedagogical activity of the future music art teachers is based on the ideas of integrity (interdisciplinary and intersectoral), complexity (multi-components), national certainty and systematicity. The principles of realization of professional experience of music-pedagogical activity of the future teachers of music art are: complex and systematic training; national orientation of music education; unity of conscious and active activity; integrity and diversity of all activities; emotional learning; creative freedom in all activities. The pedagogical conditions of formation of professional experience of music-pedagogical activity of the future teachers of music art are offered: actualization of motives of obtaining experience of music-pedagogical activity of the future teachers of music art; formation of interdisciplinary integration in higher educational institution of music-pedagogical environment; application of actions and operations received in educational activity in a familiar situation, in new conditions and on a model and expansion of the range of professional abilities and skills to the level of search and creative activity; combination of traditional and innovative approaches in professional training of the future music art teachers; introduction of skills of self-actualization of operations and actions in the process of practical activity of the future teachers of music art.
The system of formation of professional experience of music-pedagogical activity of the future teachers of music art consisted of levels (methodological, theoretical, technological, diagnostic), blocks (target, conceptual, heuristic, algorithmic-procedural, creative-effective), unifying artistic actions (perception, evaluation, performance, creation). The unifying factor of professional training is the operations of perception, evaluation, performance and creation specific to music activity.
An important stage of the study was the development and implementation of educational-methodological support, which consists of separate structures of the educational process (forms), resources for providing quality education and information sources (teaching aids), algorithms of actions, operations and techniques of practical or theoretical nature (traditional and innovative methods), ways of complex organization of teaching (consolidation of subjects of professional orientation, integration of common topics within the subject, joining within educational topics of art thesaurus). The program of work included the development of all components of the pedagogical system and the implementation of the special course «Art Workshop». The proposed course combines 5 topics of theoretical acquaintance with integrative art education and 5 topics of the practical nature.
The results of the experiment showed the positive dynamics of indicators, levels of experience of music-pedagogical activity of the future pedagogues-musicians, confirmed the effectiveness of the pedagogical system, proved the feasibility of introducing the pedagogical system of experience of music-pedagogical activity of the future music art teachers.
