Kupriianchyk I. Scientific and Methodological Foundations for the Formation of Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Land Use

The dissertation establishes the essence and importance of environmentally friendly agricultural land use. The conceptual provisions of the natural adaptation paradigm of the formation of ecologically safe agricultural land use have been substantiated. An institutional model has been developed for harmonizing the environmental and economic interests of subjects of agricultural land use. A methodological approach to the organizational and economic provision of ecologically safe agricultural land use is proposed. The methodological approach to assessing the level of ecological safety of agricultural land use has been improved. Analyzed the current state and identified the main problems of land use in agriculture of Ukraine. Diagnostics was carried out and the level of ecological safety of agricultural land use in the regions of Ukraine was assessed. The toolkit for the organizational and economic mechanism for the formation of environmentally friendly agricultural land use has been improved. The ways of economic stimulation of the development of ecologically safe agricultural land use are substantiated. A scientific and methodological approach to modeling the development of ecologically safe agricultural land use is proposed. A model of the functioning of the planning system for environmentally friendly use and protection of agricultural lands has been developed. Scientific and practical approaches to land management support of ecologically safe agricultural land use have been improved.
