In the dissertation the social competence system formation of future socionomic specialists in professional training is developed and substantiated for the first time. The problem of future specialists’ social competence formation is analyzed. The essence and socionomic professions features are characterized, their characteristic features are highlighted: the interaction presence, the individual prosocial activity, the specialist’ focus on the achievement of humanistic and social ideals. Regularities, factors and tendencies are substantiated, the basic conceptual approaches to social competence formation in professional future socionomic training are revealed. The socionomic sphere is defined as a professional specialists activity field, which includes algorithm, society social development dynamics, cognition possibility (including measurement) of each person social potentials, formation personality prospects development and its stimulation socialization on the formed social competence basis.
Future socionomic specialists is an integrative qualitative category, personal neoplasm that combines a valuable understanding of social reality, specific personality traits, social knowledge, skills as a guide to action, subjective readiness to apply social experience in the main areas of human activity, the ability to carry out socially promising transformational influences, to analyze their consequences.
The future socionomic specialists structure is defined as a special multicomponent construct, which contains motivational-value, cognitive, communicative-activity and reflexive components. The criteria of future socionomic specialists social competence formation are characterized that serve as initial data for determining the development levels of this quality in students - elementary, reproductive, functional, creative.
The historical-genesis analysis the social competence formation of the individual is carried out. The main absorbing process mechanisms the whole mass of socio-cultural artifacts are the internalization, inculturation, identification, socialization processes.
The social competence formation concept of future socionomic specialists in professional training is developed, which is a complex, purposeful, dynamic fundamental knowledge system about the social competence process formation concepts and practice-oriented tactics, which are a theoretical provisions projection on the socially oriented practical future specialists activities sphere in socionomic specialties.
The social competence formation system of future socionomic specialists as a holistic purposeful progressive process, which is provided by the corresponding education content, the interaction nature, educational space subjects in higher education establishments, adequate pedagogical, methodical and didactic means is theoretically substantiated. The structure of the system contains interconnected components: conceptual block (purpose, tasks, scientific approaches, regularities and principles); content-procedural block is aimed at disclosing the content of the process subject to the following stages: adaptive-motivational, information-cognitive and operational-activity; the methodical block of the system includes educational and methodical support aimed at the social competence formation; the evaluation and performance unit of the system ensures the development and implementation a monitoring procedure according to certain indicators and criteria.
The social competence formation method for future socionomic specialists which is a part of the general professional training and includes educational and extracurricular social activity which promotes competence development is approved.
The application effectiveness of the social competence formation system for future socionomic specialists in professional training is substantiated and experimentally checked, the prospects of its introduction into the professional training process are determined.
