The dissertation work has been assigned theoretical, methodological provisions and scientific and practical recommendations for the formulation and implementation of the strategy for managing the development of trade measures in the minds of the transformation of internal trade. The work has formed a categorical apparatus for the duration of the visions of the way up to the day-to-day "development of the trade netting", "transformation of the internal trade" and "management strategy". The stage is designated, the causes of the transformation of the internal trade, and the concrete archetype. The clear-cut classifications of the grouping of trade fences, the reversal of which are additionally familiar with the "management in the minds of transformation". There is a model interpretation of the control components for the distribution of trade fences at the control block-contour views, which are directly connected to the form of the control platforms. A systematization of the types of management strategies has been carried out, and it has been made necessary to manage the distribution of trade fences. Proponents are made prior to the formulation of the strategy for managing the distribution of trade fences and the assessment of the transformation of the internal trade and the standard of the developed trade fences. Vibir forms of management of distribution trade fences in the minds of transformation of internal trade have been installed. The consistency of the formulation of the methodological basis for managing the distribution of trade fences has been broken up. The prognosis of indicators in the distribution of trade fences has been made, the results of which have given the opportunity to establish causal links between the transformation of the internal trade and the changing camp of the distribution of trade fences. The architecture of the system and management of distribution trade fences has been proponated, as it is presented at the viglyad with the interconnection of warehouses, functions and tools for the management of distribution trade fences. The management system is motivated on the basis of the structured management of the admittedly postsystem and the situationally-informed system, as a result of the function of the development and implementation of the management strategy for the distribution of trade. The connection between the integrated indicator of the state of retail trade networks and generalizing indicators of domestic trade transformation is established. It is noted that there is a direct moderate relationship between the integrated indicator of the state of retail trade networks of Ukraine and the generalizing indicator of the functional transformation of domestic trade. The relationship between the integrated indicator of the state of retail trade networks of Ukraine and generalizing indicators of general and structural transformation is also direct, but is rather weak. The obtained results allowed to improve the approach to forecasting the indicator of change in the state of retail trade networks, which is based on modeling the relationships between the components of the management system of retail trade networks and the integrated indicator of the state of retail trade networks; taking into account the impact of the transformation of domestic trade on the integrated indicator of the state of retail trade networks by building a model of the relationship between this indicator and generalizing indicators of the transformation of domestic trade; construction of the forecast of indicators of a condition of retail trade networks on components of management by use of a method of autoregression that allows to substantiate need for change of a choice of a form of management of retail trade networks within formation of strategy of their management. The architecture of the retail trade management system is proposed, which is presented in the form of interrelation of components, functions and tools of the retail trade management system as system-wide procedural elements of retail trade management that allows to form management measures according to their priority. management elements within the management strategy. Each subsystem is detailed into management components, which allows to distinguish within the procedural component of the systemwide and specific-situational elements. The result of the functioning of the existing management system is the development and implementation of management strategy. On this basis, strategic alternatives and guidelines for the management of retail trade networks have been developed and priority measures have been established in the forecast period, which will allow retail trade networks to adapt to the conditions of domestic trade transformation and prevent deterioration of their performance. in general.
