Boyko A. The reproductive health of women with cysts and of high quality tumours of ovaries.

Dissertation work is devoted to the decline of frequency of violations of genesial function and gestational complications for women with of high quality new formations of ovaries on the basis of study of new aspects of diagnostics and treatment of cysts and tumular formations of ovaries for women with fruitlessness and during pregnancy, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation measures. The new links of pathogeny of fruitlessness are set for women with cysts and of high quality tumours of ovaries, consisting in negative influence on hormonal status and circulation of blood of the staggered ovary depending on the morphological structure of new formation. It is rotined that after operative treatment of cysts and of high quality tumours of ovaries the state of ovarian reserve which can be leading reason of fruitlessness is violated. It is thus set that frequency of decompensated changes of ovarian reserve depends on the morphological structure of new formation. It is presented that in genesis of violations of hormonal status a substantial role is occupied by the changes of the psychoemotional state, taking place before and after operative interference, especially for women with forced ovariumectomia.
