Essay

Object – fault-tolerant routing processes with provision of the quality of service in telecommunication networks. Purpose – the improving the quality of service to ensure the fault tolerance of telecommunications networks by developing new and improving existing models and methods of fault-tolerant routing. Methods of research – tensor calculus and analysis, postulates and principles of the theory of hierarchical multilevel systems; methods of mathematical programming; methods of simulation modeling. Results – the tensor model of the telecommunication network, which is presented in the basis of interpolar paths and internal node pairs, has been improved; for the first time, a mathematical model of fast rerouting of data traffic with protection of the QoS in terms of bandwidth and probability of packet loss indicators in a telecommunications network has been proposed; the system of tensor models of fast rerouting with protection of the TCN QoS level by a set of network performance indicators has been improved; for the first time, there has been proposed a system of tensor models for routing and fast rerouting of voice traffic with ensuring the QoE of services provided to end users in the TCN on the R-factor in the implementation of protection schemes for links, nodes and a path (paths); for the first time, there has been proposed a system of tensor models of routing and fast rerouting of multimedia traffic with ensuring the QoE of services provided to end users in the telecommunications network in terms of multimedia quality during the implementation of protection schemes for links, nodes and a path (paths); the decomposition model of inter-domain routing with the provision of the Quality of Service in the TCN, which consists of a set of sequentially connected domains, has been further developed; methods of hierarchical coordination routing in multi-domain telecommunication networks have been further developed; the method of hierarchical coordination fault-tolerant routing in multi-domain telecommunication networks has been further developed. Implementation – – in the educational process of the V.V. Popovskyy department of infocommunication engineering of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE): in a lecture course and in practical classes in the disciplines «Routing in TCS», «Algorithms of control and adaptation in TCS» and «Telecommunication transmission systems» to prepare students for specialty 172 – Telecommunications and radio engineering; in research works «Increasing the scalability of technological solutions to ensure the quality of service in converged telecommunications systems» (SR № 0115U002432), «Methods of improving the performance of next generation wireless networks» (SR № 0111U002627); at the enterprise "KhSRSTC TPI", LLC "Worknest" and PJSC "Farlep-Invest". The field of use is telecommunication systems and networks.
