Essay

The thesis is a comprehensive research, within the framework of the theoretical and methodological bases of innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution in the masters’ training process. Theoretical and methodological bases of the research problem of innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution in the masters’ training process are clarified. The methodological research bases of the problem of the innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution are substantiated and the philosophical, generalscientific, concretescientific and technological consideration levels of the researched phenomenon are structurally arranged. The problem of innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution in the masters’ training process in the theory and practice of domestic and foreign education is characterized. The factors, functions and structural components of the innovative culture of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution are singled out. The factors, functions and structural components of the innovative culture of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution are singled out. Factors of development of the researched process are classified on three levels: macro level; meso-level and micro-level. The functions of the innovative culture of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution are singled out, namely: state-building, stimulating-motivational, axiological, creative, cognitive, ideological-semantic, human-creating (anthropological), planetary-personal, social-stratifying, integrative. It is proved that the structural components of the innovative culture of the future manager of a general secondary educational institution are as follows: cognitive-practical, axiological-reflexive and prognostic. A structural-functional model has been developed and scientifically substantiated, and a pedagogical system for the innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution in the masters’ training process has been created on its basis. The pedagogical conditions, scientific and methodological support and realization stages of the pedagogical system of innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution in the masters’ training process are outlined. It is substantiated that the innovative culture development of the future manager of general secondary educational institution will be more effective under the following pedagogical conditions: system creation of purposeful teacher’s professional development in the information and developmental educational space of a higher educational institution providing pedagogical guidance for the innovative culture development culture of the future manager of general secondary educational institution;multilevel practical training creation of the future manager of general secondary educational institution on the basis of interaction, cooperation and co-creation of higher and general secondary educational institutions with the use of virtual learning opportunities; ensuring the conversion of knowledge, skills, abilities and learning technologies into innovative management activities; pedagogical audit introduction in the higher educational institutions activities. Criteria, indicators and levels of innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution are determined. An experimental verification of the structural and functional model of the pedagogical system for the innovative culture development of the future manager of the general secondary educational institution in the masters’ training process is carried out.
