Riabets K. The formation of the political and legal ambushes of the public administration in the industry of water economics of Ukraine

In the dissertation is theoretical and methodological principles on the subject of the formation of political and legal ambushes of the public administration in the industry of water economics and development of recommendations concerning their reduction to practice in Ukraine. The problem of the definition of the public-administrative activities in the industry of water economics was researched. It was made the correlation between the next administrative categories: «the water economics’ management», «the public administration in the industry of water economics», «the public management in the industry of water economics». It was proved that the definition «the public administration in the industry of water economics» is the most suitable to the essence of managerial activities which the public institutions in the industry of water economics do. As a result of the analysis of functioning of the native water economics in the context of the nationwide European integration policy the content of the native water economics was formulated. The object-subject component of the public administration in the industry of water economics was established and described. The methods of the public administration in the industry of water economics were generalized and described. The classification of functions and principles of the public administration in the industry of water economics was improved.
