The technology was developed and heterolayers of wide-band II-VI compounds with time-stable typical and atypical cubic and hexagonal structural modifications were fabricated. Light emitters, photodetectors and nanostructures with high photosensitivity and quantum radiation efficiency in the near infrared, visible and ultraviolet regions with an extended range of operating temperatures and radiation hardness have been created. Based on heterolayers of atypical modification, laboratory samples of radiation sources, photodetectors and solar cells were created.
