Essay

The dissertation examines scientific and organizational foundations of labor pedagogy formation and development in the Republic of Poland in the second half of the 20th c. - early 21st c. «Labor pedagogy» according to the Polish context, understood as a subdiscipline of pedagogical science, is presented holistically: by means of a) scientific theories and concepts that study relationship between man and labor to prepare a person for it; b) a scientific school that explores professional training features at each stage of a person's professional development; c) direction / specialty of pedagogical professional training. Scientific and organizational principles of formation and development of labor pedagogy means substantiation of the essential components that define the phenomenon of labor pedagogy as a subdiscipline of pedagogy and direction / specialty of professional training in close connection with the labor market needs.
