Rieznikov V. Mechanisms of formation and implementation of state policy within the field of European integration of Ukraine.

Object of research: state policy of European integration. Purpose: substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for the formation of mechanisms and implementation of state policy in the field of European integration of Ukraine on the principles of compliance with structural development priorities. Methods: analysis, classification and systematization of scientific data, provisions of legislative and regulatory documents; semantic-etymological method; method of system and structural-functional analysis; statistical method; comparative analysis of the obtained data; methods of economic and mathematical analysis; modeling method. Results: new scientific provisions have been developed, which together allow to solve an important scientific problem in the field of public administration science on theoretical, methodological and scientific-practical substantiation of ways to improve the mechanisms of formation and implementation of public policy in Ukraine’s European integration. Novelty: the concept of state activity in the field of European integration of Ukraine is substantiated; a comprehensive mechanism for the formation and implementation of state policy of European integration of Ukraine is proposed; improved: methods of assessing the organizational mechanism of state regulation of European integration of Ukraine; tools of supranational, state, non-state institutions, taking into account the directions, levels, forms, types of integration and disintegration processes of socio-economic systems at the present stage; approaches to the study of theoretical aspects of "integration" as a component of public policy by generalizing and highlighting the consideration of integration through the process, result, state of the subject and the combination of process and result; mechanisms and forms of implementation of approaches of the multilevel institutional system of state policy in the field of European integration of Ukraine, taking into account modern conditions and tasks of the state European integration strategy; received further development: conceptual and categorical apparatus for the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of European integration of Ukraine by introducing into scientific circulation the concepts: "integration of socio-economic systems"; approaches to determining the stages (forms) of economic integration in a broad sense; substantiation of ways to optimize the organizational structure of public administration in the field of European integration. Implemented in the activities of: Department of Agricultural Development of Poltava Regional State Administration, Department of Economics and International Relations of Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Kharkiv Regional Council, Shpola District State Administration of Cherkasy Region, Chortkiv City Council, Kharkiv National University named after V.N.
