In the dissertation at the methodological, theoretical and methodical levels the problem of contextual training of future lecturers in higher education to self-organization in professional activity is investigated. The conceptual-theoretical model of a problem research is projected. The determinants of consideration of a research problem at the international, national, institutional, personal levels are revealed. The essence and specific of self-organization of future lecturers in higher education in professional activity are clarified. The structure of competence of self-organization is characterized; criteria, indicators, levels of its formation are specified. The effectiveness of the designed methodical system of contextual training of future lecturers in higher education to self-organization in professional activities are substantiated, implemented and experimentally proven. Educational and methodical support of contextual training of future lecturers in higher education to self-organization in professional activity (educational-professional training program for masters of specialty 011 «Educational, pedagogical sciences» (Higher school pedagogy), programs of disciplines, practices, manuals, educational and methodical complexes) is designed.
