The dissertation investigates the problem of formation of professional competence of future music teachers in the process of professional training in the pedagogical college. Theoretical (concepts, ideas, principles) and methodical (approaches, principles, methods) bases are substantiated.
It is proved that the practical activity of the future music teacher involves the use of psychological and pedagogical science and pedagogical experience, and the formation of professional competence of future professionals should be aimed at training competitive graduates in the labor market, capable of successful professional activity at national and world standards, communicative, organizational, moral and other tasks capable of constant professional growth, professional mobility
A set of basic scientific approaches to the formation of professional competence of future music teachers, which are interconnected and fundamental to the presented research, namely: systematic, competence, personality-oriented, activity, polysubjective, axiological, acmeological, anthropocentric, culturological integrative. Taking into account the proposed approaches to the formation of professional competence of future music teachers will achieve the expected result, namely: the formed professional competence of future professionals, which will contribute to the creative realization of personal potential, creative implementation and implementation of innovative educational technologies in the future. The importance of ethnopedagogical and integrative approaches to the formation of professional competence of future music teachers is outlined.
Consideration of the national experience of modernization of education in general and music-pedagogical, in particular, shows that the content of professional training of future music teachers in the country is due to the need to form a specialist who can primarily solve typical professional problems in organizing and implementing the educational process in preschool and general secondary education. In the process of music-pedagogical training the formation of professional competence of future specialists is carried out on the basis of acquiring a set of knowledge, skills and abilities to understand modern problems of methodology and methods of teaching music. The main task of a music teacher in Ukraine is to form a comprehensively developed personality of the student. Therefore, the teacher is required to be professionally competent, to have a clearly defined life position, professional and value orientations, to be responsible, socially active and purposeful, ready to carry out professional activities, to be aware of their own responsibility for teaching and educating the younger generation.
The author's conceptual model of formation of the researched competence is substantiated, which consists of four basic blocks (conceptual-target, content-organizational, methodical and result-prognostic) and is considered as the only system directed on the maximum actualization and realization of specializations professional competence. The system of pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of professional competence of future music teachers in the process of professional training is determined: professional and pedagogical orientation of the teaching process; use of interactive forms and methods of teaching; creation of a professionally-oriented information educational environment close to the real educational process of the school.
