Poida-Nosyk N. Formation of the joint stock companies’ financial security ensuring system in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation and development of theoretical, methodological and methodical bases of formation of the joint stock companies’ financial security ensuring system in Ukraine and development of recommendations on its effective functioning for achieving their financial stability and resistance to system risks. The conceptual apparatus of financial and security theories has been deepened in terms of clarifying the concepts of “financial security of a business entity”, “financial security of joint stock companies”, “financial security system”, “financial security mechanism”. Specific features inherent in joint-stock companies have been identified, which distinguish them from other organizational and legal forms and allow to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of this form of busines activity, which create favorable conditions or generate risks and threats to their financial security. The list of financial interests as an object of protection in the system of financial security in terms of identifying forms of manifestation of the main threats to these interests has been defined, which allowed to justify the place and role of joint stock companies` financial security in the national financial security system.
