Gevko V. Methodological foundation of the formation of network structure enterprises organizational culture

The object is the process of forming the organizational culture of enterprises with network structures in the modern conditions of business macro trends. The purpose is to substantiate the theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical principles, strategic priorities and system of program measures for the formation of organizational culture of network structure enterprises. The methods are general scientific and empirical: structural method, historical and content analysis, abstract logical generalization, theory of systems and system analysis, method of comparison, method of scientific abstraction, heuristic method, economic-statistical and comparative approach, factor and logical analysis, systematic approach, scientific abstraction and economic-mathematical modeling, methods of expert evaluation, generalization and abstract reasoning method. The results are based on the scientific validity and applied orientation of the author's proposals for the development of theory, methodology, techniques and organization of forming the organizational culture of network structure enterprises. The novelty lies in the systematic solution of an important scientific issue regarding the formation of organizational culture of network structure enterprises and theoretical, methodological, methodical and applied substantiation of scientific bases of the researched problems in the modern conditions of functioning.
