The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of the concept of interdependent formation and progression of psychosocial maladaptation and depressive disorders in women, taking into account the genesis of depression, the structure of maladaptation and the phenomenon of their systemic interaction. In order to identify and comprehensively assess the severity, clinical and psychological manifestations and mechanisms of psychosocial maladaptation in women with depressive disorders of various genesis, and to develop a system of personalized psychodiagnostics and rehabilitation for this contingent, comprehensively examined 252 women with depressive disorders. women with endogenous and 75 patients with organic depression. 48 women did not show signs of psychosocial maladaptation, the other 204 showed manifestations of macro-, meso- and microsocial maladaptation of varying severity. The study was conducted using clinical-psychopathological and psychodiagnostic methods. In the course of work psychodiagnostic methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the degree and structure of psychosocial maladjustment in various fields was created and verified; a comparative analysis of psychopathological affective symptoms in women with depressive disorders of various genesis, depending on the severity of psychosocial maladjustment, has been completed; specificity of psychosocial disadaptation in women, depending on the genesis of depressive disorder was characterized; personological and behavioral patterns of women with depression, depending on the severity of psychosocial maladjustment and the genesis of depressive disorder were analyzed; features of psychosocial functioning and the state of its individual sources in women with depressive disorders of various genesis and severity of psychosocial maladjustment were studied; technology for multilevel assessment of psychosocial maladjustment in women with depressive disorders, as the basis for the personification of treatment and rehabilitation approaches was developed. Effectiveness of the system of personified psychodiagnostics and rehabilitation of women with psychosocial maladjustment and depressive disorders was substantiated developed and proved on the basis of the data obtained.
